Note: Please recognise that this is relative because all of the Star Trek shows are good. Also I have considered each as a whole which is tricky, especially with Picard where the final season was considerably better than the two that preceded. I also have to confess to not having seen a huge amount of the Starfleet Academy, Prodigy or the original animated series. Here though, fuelled by nostalgia and with a lot of incertitude, is my ranking of Star Trek, at home where it truly belongs on TV.
